The beginning

Rabbits clan was created by players which played on PCEkspert server which was changed to COD2YOU (C2Y) server with new forum, site, etc., when they organised league for their players. In the September of 2006. Rabbits clan was created on idea of C2Y admin Rak. First it was called C2Y Rabbits clan. Clan was named rabbits because one of C2Y admins, atha – today g2top clan, have rabbit for pet and it became very popular in community.

Andeo was elected for first clan leader. In that time he was one of C2Y moderators and organiser of C2Y league. In clan we choose to recruit only the best players and good persons from C2Y server, that was clan less, by opinion of leaders of C2Y community. But all that players have no clan experience so for help we called Duma aka 2FAST4YOU, respected Croatian Call of duty player to help clan.

Clan existed only for a month and then there was a lot of disagree in C2Y community so they decide to terminate C2Y Rabbits clan. Of course clan leader and almost every clan member disagree with that decision so at 01. October 2006. new clan was created and called Rabbits clan. For first leader Duma was chosen. We created the council which will be the major body of clan and take decisions together to be as much democratic as it is possible. Members of council was ET, Duma, Gandza, Mrcina, Overvide, Sam Fischer and Andeo.

In that period clan achieved stately development and advancement. We started to play on Clanbase, all members bought orginal game and afther some time we entered in top 200 EU clans on Clanbase after 10 victory's in row.

2007.

This year bringed a lot of changes to the clan. Majority of players don't have time to play by their obligations on university or work. Clan went to hibernation in all competitions by the end of January 2007. It was decided that clan will be dismissed in next month. Some players was already taken by other clans and clan was deleted from clanbase by the decision of council.

But only few days later at the 2nd February 2007. after a lot of posts of support and messages it was decided to call online rabbits meeting. In that meeting it was decided to return all players to clan and to stay there even if clan will be inactive. All players returned in few days and Andeo was chosen for new leader.

In the next few months there where over 40 players at recruitment and clan returned to Clanbase. We participated in two LAN party's. In both of them we lose in quarterfinal. In first we lose from g2top and in the other from team xeqte, the winner of that LAN and the strongest Croatian clan at that time. In the future that clan become our strongest opponent in "Fight for Croatia" until their end. All our members participate active in forum and majority of them are active in CoD2.

We have signed one year sponsorship contract with Iskon 01. May 2007. and inspired by result of that contract we made a new site and forum.

In the summer time of 2007. we decided to split in two squads. Decision was make to improve our results and to get us closer to strongest European clans. Second squad was created as a fun squad. This was a great decision. Clan become first in Croatian CB ladder and take a strong and constant place at the first page of EU CB ladder.

Rabbits clan has transformed in community which enjoy in friendship and playing Call of duty with great organisation and strong structure.

2008.

At the beginning of 2008. we had a dilemma as many other call of duty clans, which game to play: Call of duty 2 or 4. So we decide to play both. After few months majority of clans switched to Call of duty 4 so we also decided to play only Call of duty 4.

Our clan became even stronger when famous Croatian clan b_d (Balkan division) decided to split up. Their best player and one of the most famous Croatian players dr. Hegi came to our clan. After the summer the most successful Croatian clan Team xeqte, our greatest rivals, split up and their member, winner of majority of Croatian LAN events, Ace came to our clan. Unfortunately two our and Croatian famous Call of duty 2 players baterija and over, didn't found themselfs in Call of duty4 so first we took NiGHTSEEkER from cybernetica and then Boki from infinity gaming to replace them in first squad.

This year we had three major LAN events in Croatia. First was Logitech LAN. We finished second both in Call of duty 2 and in Call of duty 4 loosing in both finals from team xeqte. So, we were unbeaten until finals in both games. At the Fenix LAN in the June we beated them in semifinals and got to the finals without loosing any war and then sensationally lost from imex clan. At the end we finished 3rd because loosers bracket system. Last LAN was Fenix#2 LAN which we finally won. We were unbeaten till finals like every LAN this year and finally won this time.

We had two major clan meetings this year. Our first meeting was at paintball , which we really enjoyed and then we've met on barbecue for two years anniversary of clan. Majority of our members participated in this events so we will have much more meetings in next year.

RABBITS clan became strongest Croatian clan and one of the largest clans in Croatia but before all that, after more than two years together, we all became friends and we take care of all our members wherever they are.
